[Rtir] rtir problems: Lookup, blocks

Hi,

I'm running RT3.4.1 and RTIR 1.1.5. At the moment I find two problems

- - I can't get working Tools->Lookup. Lookup.html can't find any ticket nor from incidents,
investigations, reports or blocks queues. Logs indicates four warnings like:

- - After block creation I don't have link 'Activate', just links 'Reply' and 'Comment'. Should I
configure block queue somehow in order to have appropriate functions?

Does anoyone else has similar problems?
