[Rtir] RTIR Searching "State = ?"

Hello,

That is probably your problem, if you are using RT 3.0.11 and RTIR  
1.0.5 you should be running DBIx 1.31; the version 1.49 is running  
with RTIR 2.3.

Please let me know if that fixes your problem out.
