[Rtir] Installation problem

Hello,

I'd installed a brand new RT, RTFM installation. Everything works OK I
can login my tickets are being created, ...

Then I installed RTIR exactly how README file says, now I'm getting in
apache error_log:

My RT_SiteConfig.pm has:
Set(@Plugins, 'RT::FM', 'RT::IR');

Do you have any clue?
