What were your old and new versions?  I'm not aware of the phrase
"Bulk Edit" being in RT/RTIR.  There is a Bulk Update in core RT, as
well as several Bulk Reject/Bulk Reply in RTIR.  You might want to
describe where the feature was in your old version in case it's just
been renamed/moved.
