[rtir] Lookup issue.

Hello,

First sorry for my english I'm french.

I'm new RTIR user and i have issue with Lookup module.
When i try to find IPs or URLs i get "*Unable to connect to WHOIS server
'whois.iana.org <http://whois.iana.org>'*

*My rt version is 4.4.1*
*My rtir version is 4.0.0*
