[svk-devel] svk 2.0rc1 is released.

Hi all,

The first release candidate of svk 2.0 is now on CPAN:

 file: $CPAN/authors/id/C/CL/CLKAO/SVK-1.99_90.tar.gz
 size: 420408 bytes
  md5: 40dfc7e82fbd04fc01b852e2c344d911

If there's no serious defect this will become 2.0.0.

As for the version number I think I need a bit of help ( I know John
is reading ;).
If i use version and qv(2.0.0), module::install isn't happy and is
complaining about VERSION must not be version object.  Also the
provides: field in meta.yml doesn't seem to get updated either.
