[svk-devel] NSIS Packaging for SVK

This message is mostly targeting klight... but if anybody else has some
insight, that would be great.

I would like some help getting the NSIS package script working, so I can
send clkao a packaged environment from Win32 using MSVC70... so he can
take a look at the "Free pool" exception that's being thrown.
