[svk-devel] NSIS Packaging for SVK

I have an environment configured that I can zip up and send to some one if they want to hack at it. This would a full Perl install with all of the compiled dependancies (no compiler needed to hack).

I can also package the dependencies in the current native release, but it might be rather difficult to do much without all of the support tools normally found in a real environment.

Richard, I'll try to build the second version above and keep track of what needs to be added. I don't think that anything special needs to be done to NSIS to get it to work.

I'm hoping to have a little bit of SVK time in the next week so I'll see what I can hack at. I think the free pool issue might be easier attacked in the Subversion tests, but it's been a while since I've played with that.
