Actually, it's either svn:keywords or svn:eol-style.

Trunk now contains a *failing* test case for this issue.  I will do my
best to do some sort of fix today (probably by just not handling
svn:keywords and svn:eol-style on partially-committed files in commit
--interactive and emitting a warning); if somebody who knows the
interactive-commit code better wants to work on a real fix, that would
be great.
