[svk-devel] svk 2.0.2 released

Thanks for the simultaneous win32 release, trying them now.  A couple notes:

- You probably want to save the APR_ICONV_PATH as well as the PATH in 
svk.bat since svn needs it set as well.

- The wiki homepage still sends people to the SVKWin32 page, which seems 
to be out of date now that you're doing simultaneous releases like below.
