Yes, but that's consistent with the behaviour of "svk add". I think  
that seeing as it's proposed that this be the default behaviour, then  
consistency with existing svk behaviour should be a high priority.

So, yes I'm arguing for consistency even though it means that if you  
want to do a non-recursive add then you'd have to do it manually  
("svk add -N") before committing, not from the commit dialog.
