Do you see the failure when the svk is trying to sync the revision
containing the above mentioned copy?  Meanwhile, are you using svk to
mirror the whole repository or just a subdirectory?  And could you
show rerun the sync with environment variable SVKSVNBACKTRACE set to 1
?
