[rt-devel] 1.3.63 - queue deletion: no controls to get it back

Currenlty there doesn't seem to be a way to get a queue back once you've
deleted it.  I'll bet you could if you went into the database, but I am
hoping y'all will eventually put something in the UI to make a queue show up
again.
