[rt-devel] Patch: DueIn is not set in html/Ticket/Create.html

Hi, 

here's a patch, quite important for those using Priorities.
html/Ticket/Create.html did not set the ticket's Due date 
to the queue default.

Also "min" is added to Time Worked and Time Left fields, 
and "days" to Due field.
