[Rt-devel] Changes made to RT won't carry over

Hi,

 

I'm having some trouble with RT.  I'm trying to customize certain custom
fields (through their id in /html/Elements/EditCustomFieldFreeform), but
none of my changes seem to have any effect.  I've even tried editing
html/Ticket/Create.html but to no avail.  If anyone could provide any
insight, it'd be very much appreciated.
