Hi,
We just upgraded our server to FreeBSD v4.0 stable, and webrt.cgi stopped 
functioning. It seems the reinstall unlinked CGI.pm
To fix I reinstalled CGI.pm using CGI.pm-2.56
Just thought I'd post this tidbit for the archives.
