[rt-users] "On Steal" Notification

What about the OwnerChange script thats located at:
http://www.fsck.com/pub/rt/contrib/2.0/OwnerChange/

or the NotifyOldOwnwer, which is at:
http://www.fsck.com/pub/rt/contrib/2.0/NotifyOldOwner/

One of those should work for you.
