[rt-users] RT statistics

As far as I know, nobody has yet done a "heavyweight" RRDtool backed RT
stats package.  there are a couple in ftp.fsck.com/pub/rt/contrib/
My favorite one is rtstats.zip.  It generates html and graphs.

I've actually hacked on rtstats.zip a bit to add a few graphs 
and generalize a bit of the code.  you can get my variant from:
http://www.fsck.com/~jesse/projects/rtstats-jesse.tar 

If it has issues, ask me or RT users, rather than troubling the original
author, who shouldn't be forced to deal with my hacks ;)
