[rt-users] changing subject line in status change scrips

Using the default scrips, status changes come across as:

[mysite #1234] Status Changed to: open

How can I insert the subject in there?  And possibly the last update in the
ticket in the body of the email?  Is that something I can do in the scrip or
is that a code change I have to hunt for?
