[rt-users] Notify new owner..

I have a colleague whose job is to look at the tickets on all queues and
assign the tickets to the people concerned. I'd like to have a scripcondition
that would notify the person who has been assigned a ticket that he has a
ticket.

What scrip does this?

OnTransaction NotifyOwner with global template Notify ??? Maybe?
