[rt-users] having trouble logging into RT system

Use the command line interface to change the password. Yes, that's what we 
talk about (we couldn't no any other of Your root passwords are 'password', 
right? Or are they?).

Not necessarily. You could have a look at Your web server's error log to be 
sure.
