[rt-users] [Ticket Status changed to Resolve]

Dear Friends

Am using the latest version of RT, and i am running it without any 
problem.. but i have an issue....

when i resolve a ticket in a queue, i am unable to find the them...

where it is stored in the database and how will i be able to view the 
resolved ticket...
