The page was http://lists.fsck.com/lists/ which was linked from 
http://www.fsck.com/projects/rt/lists.html

Is this good enough? If not, can you give me a contact point for Jesse and 
I'll forward the info.

In /usr/local/rt2/etc/config.pm I have:
$MasonComponentRoot = "/usr/local/rt2/WebRT/html";
$MasonLocalComponentRoot = "/usr/local/rt2/local/WebRT/html";

Permissions are:
