[rt-users] dups notifications bee nsent

Im getting dup notifications when a user reply to a ticket, the reply
gets added to the ticket but for some reason that reply is also been
sent via mail to the ticket owner.. why is this? and how can I disable
it?
 
Her eis hte list of scrips I have:
 
OnCreate AutoreplyToRequestors with template Autoreply 
OnCreate NotifyAdminCcs with template Transaction 
OnCorrespond NotifyAllWatchers with template Correspondence 
OnComment NotifyAdminCcsAsComment with template AdminComment 
OnComment NotifyOtherRecipientsAsComment with template Correspondence 
OnCorrespond NotifyOtherRecipients with template Correspondence 
OnResolve NotifyRequestorsAndCcs with template Resolved 

Whats the diff. between NotifyAdminCcs  and NotifyAdminCcsAsComment ?
