[rt-users] using rtadmin to set queue rights

I'm trying to use rtadmin to grant rights on a queue.

I have tried the following (running the commands as root, from the console):

# /usr/local/rt/bin/rtadmin --queue test19 --grant-right testuser CreateTicket
# /usr/local/rt/bin/rtadmin --queue test19 --grant-right CreateTicket testuser

Does anyone know the correct syntax?

Does anyone have any doco for rtadmin?
