[rt-users] web_create template equivalent for RT2.x ?

I don't know how about 2.0.12, but 2.0.9 (I use) it has just internal
structures prepared for that only. It is not implemented yet. Scrips
weren't activated when it prepare the 'web_create' form. To program it
it's not hard, but I don't suggest you to do it yourself due to next
versions compatibility...
