[rt-users] Visibility on issues

hi,

There are a number of people in my company who want to keep aware of issues
being raised through the support system, but don't need to know the dialogue
or resolution that follows.
Is there any way to set up an admin user so that they get the original
request from the requestor, but no other emails? (we're currently using RT2,
but may upgrade soon).
