[rt-users] Deleting attachments/transactions

There were something about attachments on the list, but it was really 
deleting(wipingout from DB).
RT don't delete anything from DB at all even tickets only marked as 'dead'.
There is no only contributions all over the different places: list, 
contribution section and so.

You could try to port RT2 contrib scrips if there is some.

Also go through list archives, there were several threads about deleting 
parts of RT.
