Yes. Go to:
"Configuration: Queues: support: watchers"

then use the "new watchers" search interface to add users to the
"AdminCC" group.

In the "Scrips" section, you may verify that this Scrip is being run:

"OnCreate NotifyAdminCcs with template Transaction"
