[rt-users] Mandatory custom field on ticket creation

I want to deactivate e-mail submission, and send them a reject mail,
because the users should use the web interface.
The mandatory field whould be very interesting for support personal,
because after a ticket or a mail is sent, many informations are missing,
so for example a field where the user has to insert an ID of his
computer whould be very interesting.
About the mail checks I already sent a mail, and also one to rt-bugs and
why the autoreject template is never used.

what about email submissions? how do you plan on adding the custom
field from them?
