[rt-users] cannot find object method "output_prefix" via package "MIME::Parser"

I realize that maybe I have repeated a known problem, that CPAN installs
an Alpha version of MIME::PArser.  Correct?

If so, could someone please tell me how to resolve the issue, especially
for a Perl novice like myself.
