[rt-users] Help with Unprivileged user

Hi I'm running RT 3.0.9  and i want my unprivileged  user to be able to take 
tickets from the queue and own them but i don't want the user to see other 
tickets that other users own, so far i got the user to only create a ticket, 
and see the ticket but i can't get the user to take tickets and see queue. I 
have assigned this rights to the unprivileged user but still they don't 
show.So how do i accomplish this want i want.
