[rt-users] Reply problem

Hi, I'm having trouble setting up RT3. It receives messages just
fine, but I can't reply to them. Here is the log entry whenever I try:

Is replying to a recipient not enabled by default? Any help would be
much appreciated. My perl is version 5.8.2 & I'm running Debian
