[rt-users] is it possible to change requestor?

FWIW, I ended up just putting in bogus email addresses -- non-existent 
users with no domain, so at some point I may get local errors from my 
Mac's sendmail, or maybe not if RT's not even trying to send email.  
That at least lets me categorize the tickets by requestor.
