I just installed Rt 3.0.8 on a RedHat Linux 9.0 system using qmail as my
MTA. I have an alias called bugs and was attempting to test it using
the general queue. I went through the web interface and added all the
permissions to the general queue suggested by the pdf documentation and
have the following line in the bugs .qmail file:
|/opt/rt3/bin/rt-mailgate --queue general --action correspond --url
http://ticketing.emtsupport.com/
(I have tried a few different lines in the .qmail file including using
/var/qmail/bin/preline and get the same results)
Whenever mail is sent to the bugs user the maillog shows the following:
deferrall:
RT_server_error.//The_RT_server_which_handled_your_email_did_not_behave_as_expected._It/said:

I hope this is enough information and that someone has any idea of what
might be causing this problem.
I appreciate any help.
