[rt-users] sending email from ScriptedAction.html in RTIR

One of the tools from RTIR can generate tickets and send emails. It sends
the emails as attachments though, and I would like them to be inline. I have
been looking at the code and am not sure how to modify it so that the emails
are inline.

When the ticket gets created, does the normal RT flow of scrips still
happen? There is a scrip on the Investigation queue that should send an
email when a new ticket is created. It works fine when I use the html
interface to create a new investigation from a Incident, but when creating
the Investigation from ScriptedAction.html I don't think this scrip gets
invoked. I think the email is getting generated from ScriptedAction.html. Am
I correct in this assumption? If so, how do I make it send the email inline?

Thanks
Dave
