[rt-users] Sending Text instead of HTML e-mail

We convert all incoming mail to text using demime.pl.

rt:     "|/usr/local/bin/demime.pl - |/opt/rt3/bin/rt-mailgate --queue 'OA Request' --action correspond --url http://slah001.abh.vw.com/"
