[rt-users] deleting ticket from the RT3 database

when i use that script, below is the output i get:

[root at emu log]# /usr/local/rt3/local/sbin/rtx-shredder 2004-09-23
Tickets list is empty.
[root at emu log]#

when i log in back to RT and search for ticket numbers i deleted, i still 
see the tickets (though marked as deleted of course). please advise what i 
am missing - and thanks for the help so far!

please advise which patch this is.. (I can see in the documentation about 
a patch to enable RT to search for deleted tickets, but my RT can search 
for deleted tickets).
