[rt-users] Showing certain text in color

Is there a way to display text in color when you are entering a comment
or reply to a ticket?

I tried adding "<font color="#ff0000">Red text</font>" but when I
display the ticket and view the page source, it had been converted to
"<font color="#ff0000">Red text</font>"

I've searched WIKI, bestpractical lists and google and nothing useful
except for displaying the Status in red.

It would be handy to be able to do bold, italics and underline, too.
