Hi

I am running a Request tracker for two seperate purposes.

For the one purpose, I have made the queue accessable to everyone, but I 
need to give public access to RT in order for people to get access to 
that queue.

Someone told me that you should be able to enter any username/password 
combination and RT will create a non-staff member, but this does not work.

Any advice?
