[rt-users] non-root user and scrips

I've run into a problem adding myself and an additional queue to an
existing RT installation I've started to use.

Whilst the queue works fine for the root user, and all global scrips are
executed correctly, when logged into RT as myself ('james') none of the
global scrips are executed and replies aren't sent to requesters even
though they are when logged in as the root user.

Any ideas what I might be doing wrong?
