[rt-users] Set ticket custom field based on requestor custom user field

Hi guys,

I have progressed with my auto-department idea.. to the following:

I've create a custom USER field, called "user_dept"...
I've also created a custom TICKET field, called "ticket_dept"...

I'd like to create a scrip, oncreate, which sets the value of the
ticket_dept to the value of the user_dept for the user.

I've looked at some of the sample scrips available on the website, and
some do part of what I want to do, but I'm having trouble understanding
how to put it together. Could somebody give me some tips, or point me in
the right direction?
