[rt-users] editing the autoreply message

Hi, I am trying to edit the auto reply email that is emailed to the
requestor when a ticket is created.

I have edited the <directory of rt install>/etc/initialdata file but this
not seems to do the trick.

 

Can someone please help me with what files to edit?
