[rt-users] Deleting an attachment

Hi all,
 
We've been using RT for a little while now, and have come upon the need of
deleting an attachment
from a ticket.  I can't exactly say how, but the ticket has the same
document attached 3 times (not
done intentionally).  I don't see any direct way of dropping the
attachment from the ticket.  Am I
missing something?
