[rt-users] Setting the FriendlyFromLineFormat

I'm attempting to get this set to the Queue Description but not having
much luck.  I've tried this:

Set($FriendlyFromLineFormat , $self->QueueObj->Description);

Which breaks things.  I can't find much documentation - can somebody
point me in the right place?
