[rt-users] changing resolve default to "reply to request"

Amigos,

Hi!!

When I click on Resolve, the Update Type dropdown defaults to "Comments(Not Sent to requestors)". However I want it to default to Reply to Requestors. 

If someone could point me where I can change this, I'd highly appreciate it!!
