[rt-users] Subject Links Still Broken?

I just finished an upgrade from 3.6.0 to 3.6.1 and I'm still having problems with the links for the ticket subject under the '10 highest priority tickets I own' section on the 'RT at a glance' page. Based upon my limited testing, everything else appears to be working, but this is particular issue is behaving the same as 3.6.0. The footer of the 'RT at a glance' page is showing 3.6.1.
Below are the steps I followed:
# Procedure to upgrade from 3.6.0 to 3.6.1
#
# Backup existing RT directory
cd /usr/local/
tar -cvf rt36.tar rt36/
gzip rt36.tar
# Download new version and extract it
cd /usr/local/src/
wget http://download.bestpractical.com/pub/rt/release/rt-3.6.1.tar.gz
tar -zxvf rt-3.6.1.tar.gz
cd rt-3.6.1
./configure --prefix=/usr/local/rt36 --with-db-database=<db name> --with-db-rt-user=<db_user> --with-db-rt-pass=<db_password)
make testdeps
# Install missing modules
perl -MCPAN -e shell
#-> install UNIVERSAL::require
#-> quit
make upgrade
# Check if database requires upgrade
ls etc/upgrade
# Appears none is required from 3.6.0
#
# Clear Mason cache
rm -fr /usr/local/rt36/var/mason_data/obj
# Stop and restart Apache
apachectl stop
apachectl startssl
Did I miss something? I'm using Apache 1.3 with mod_perl 1.29 on FreeBSD 6.1.
Thanks,
Mike
