[rt-users] Blank Emails?

Hello RT Users!

I am having a rather strange problem. When I send a reply to a ticket,
occasionally the email that the customer receives is blank, although in
the support system it is fine and I can see the text?

When I reply again, and BCC myself, it works...

Any thoughts?
