[rt-users] Assign Take privilage

Hi All,
 
While testing the features of rt3.6.0 I have deleted the coloum
loc(Take) from one of the privilaged user through edit option.
Now this privilaged user is unable to take ticket as no link of Take is
there as such.
 
Can anyone guide how to retrieve this Take option.
