[rt-users] RT 3.6.3 and Oracle 10g

Were also running oracle 10g, and other then a few minor hiccups (mostly due to lack of internal oracle support) we've been very pleased with the solution.

I have been running Oracle XE for the last 15months I haven't had a
problem sofar.
